•Review and make recommendations as to the marketability of the unit floor plans, size, type, numbers and mix, as well as the unit finishes, and the project's overall amenities, services and public areas.

Market Research:
•Comprehensive research and evaluation of the sales data for sold and available product as well as planned comparable projects to determine project feasibility and identify its strength and weaknesses as compared to the marketplace.

Sales& Marketing:
•develop marketing plan which identifies buyers profile; pricing strategy; sellout projections; and operations budget.

•Assist in the development and preparation of all aspects of the sales center, its design, display, and furnishings, as well as sales and non-sales staffing.

•Assists in identifying the Project's advertising and public relations agencies and assist and direct them in the initial and on-going creation of the Project's collateral and advertising materials as well as project events.

•Creation of pre-sales and on-going sales program, including the planning of traffic generating events; sales presentations and all aspects of the sale

•Broker outreach programs for local, domestic and international brokers.
